BioPanel

Free use needs no account. The paid plans are monthly subscriptions for people who follow their own blood work, and for clinics that organise panels for several people. Each one tops up a page code that you enter once.

How paid access works

Each paid plan is a monthly subscription through PayPal. The button on a plan opens the PayPal checkout for that plan; after you approve the payment, PayPal brings you back to this page while your code is emailed. After every successful payment, BioPanel emails you from [email protected]. The first payment brings a page code; each renewal tops up the same code. The code holds the plan's allowance counted in pages, with each report counted at up to 150 pages: Personal adds 30 × 150 = 4,500 pages a month, Clinic adds 300 × 150 = 45,000.

Open the link in the email, or enter the code once in the Have a page code box below or under the upload area on the home page, and it stays in that browser. It is used only when the free allowance cannot cover a file: a file over 10 pages, or a second file in a day. With the code, a file of up to 150 pages converts in full. Unused pages roll over and never expire, and cancelling keeps the pages you have already paid for.

Allow a few minutes for the email and check your spam folder. If it has not arrived, or anything else is wrong with your code, reply to that email or write to [email protected].

A page code is used only for a file over 10 pages or a second file in a day.

What the limits count

A report is one uploaded file. A page is one page of that file as the converter counts it. The free allowance is 1 file per day, up to 10 pages, and is counted per device, so it needs no account. Scans and photos are part of it. Files over 10 pages are converted up to page 10 on the free allowance; a page code converts the whole file, up to 150 pages.

The merged marker-by-date table and its CSV exports are built in your browser from the reports you have converted. They are not locked behind a plan. What paid access changes is how many files you can convert in a day and how many pages of each file are converted.

Nothing you pay for changes what BioPanel is. It organises results, it does not interpret them, it is not medical advice, and every range and flag comes from the report you upload.

How to subscribe

Try the free allowance first. Nothing here needs a card.

  1. Convert a report or load the samples

Use the free allowance on a real report, or load the two samples on the home page to see the marker-by-date table with no allowance used.

  2. Pick the plan that matches your volume

Personal covers 30 reports a month and files up to 150 pages, which is 4,500 pages added to your code each month. Clinic covers 3 seats and 300 reports a month, 45,000 pages, on one code that each person enters in their own browser.

  3. Subscribe

Use the button on the plan. It opens the PayPal checkout for that plan. After you approve the payment, PayPal brings you back to this page, and nothing more happens on this site until your code arrives by email. If checkout cannot be opened, this page says so and gives the email route instead.

  4. Enter your page code

Within a few minutes of the payment, an email from [email protected] brings your page code. Open the link in it, which enters the code for you, or type the code into the Have a page code box on this page or under the upload area on the home page. It is kept in that browser only.

  5. Convert as usual

The page shows how many pages are left on your code after each file that uses it, and tells you in plain words if a limit is reached. Each renewal adds the month's pages to the same code.

Questions about plans

How much does BioPanel cost?

Free use costs nothing: 1 file per day, up to 10 pages, no account. Personal is $9 per month for 30 reports a month and files up to 150 pages. Clinic is $59 per month for 3 seats and 300 reports a month, files up to 150 pages. Prices are in US dollars, and each plan is a monthly subscription through PayPal.

What does the free allowance include?

1 file per day, up to 10 pages, no account. It is counted per device. Scans and photos are part of it. You can read the result on screen, download CSV or JSON for it, and build a merged table of everything you have converted. The two samples on the home page use none of the allowance.

What counts as a report, and what counts as a page?

A report is one uploaded file, whatever it contains. A page is one page of that file. Files over 10 pages are converted up to page 10 on the free allowance; a page code converts the whole file, up to 150 pages. When a file is cut short, a notice above the results says so, and the downloads are named with -partial.

What does paid access add?

More files in a day and longer files. Your page code is topped up each month with the plan's reports counted in pages: 4,500 pages on Personal (30 reports × up to 150 pages), 45,000 on Clinic (300 × 150). The code is used only when the free allowance cannot cover a file, so you can catch up on a backlog in one sitting, and a file can run to 150 pages, which suits a portal export that bundles several years. The merged table and its exports work in the browser for everyone.

How do I subscribe?

Choose the plan on this page and use its button. It opens the PayPal checkout for that plan. After you approve the payment, PayPal brings you back to this page, and within a few minutes your page code is emailed from [email protected]. Open the link in that email, or enter the code in the Have a page code box, and convert as usual. If checkout cannot be opened, this page says so and gives you the email route: write to [email protected] with the plan name and we reply with the next step.

How do I use a page code?

Open the link in the email from [email protected], which enters the code for you, or type it once into the Have a page code box on this page or under the upload area on the home page. The page keeps it in that browser and sends it with your uploads. It is used only when the free allowance cannot cover a file: one over 10 pages, or a second file in a day. Unused pages roll over and never expire.

When does the page code arrive, and what if it does not?

Within a few minutes of each successful payment, from [email protected]. The first payment brings the code; each renewal tops up the same code, so you never enter a new one. Check your spam folder. If the email has not arrived, write to [email protected] with the email address you used at PayPal, and we will look it up. Replies to the code email reach the same address.

What happens when I reach my limit?

The converter stops and says so in plain words next to the upload box, with a link to this page. A file over 10 pages is not refused: it is converted up to page 10, and the page tells you. The merged table and the reports already in your browser are unaffected. The free allowance resets each day. A page code lasts until its pages are used, and each renewal adds the month's pages to it.

What does 3 seats mean on the Clinic plan?

Three people at your practice can use the plan. There is one page code for the plan, and the same code can be entered in several browsers: each person enters it once in their own, and the 45,000 pages a month are shared between them. A seat is a person, not a patient.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans are monthly with no contract. Cancel the subscription in your PayPal account, or email [email protected] before the next renewal, and the plan ends at the close of the month you have paid for. Cancelling keeps the pages already on your code: they stay usable and never expire; only the monthly top-ups stop.

Do paid plans handle my files differently?

No. Files are processed in memory and deleted after conversion on every plan, are not used for training, and only initials and birth year come back to your browser. See the privacy page for the full list of services involved.

Does any plan include medical advice or interpretation?

No. BioPanel organises results into a table. It does not say what a value means, and it is not medical advice. For what your results mean, talk to a clinician.
